About works:

“The Mirror of Life I”, digital art (Adobe Photoshop CS4), 2009. I created this illustration for the “Tematy z Szewskiej” (“Thems from Szewska”) quarterly, issue 1(3)/2009. My illustration opened a printed gallery of works by Polish artists—works inspired by the issue's theme, which was ‘the mirror’ word. The quarterly “Tematy z Szewskiej” was edited by staff and associates of the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Wrocław. The journal is no longer published.

Later, I created a second version of “The Mirror of Life II”, in shades of purple. I printed this work using the sublimation technique on silver anodized aluminum. The artwork presented in this gallery is a photograph of the finished sublimation print on metal.
